Mike leads the Power Information Network (PIN) Automotive Finance Practice
in the US and Canada.

As an industry thought leader, he represents J.D. Power within the automotive
finance industry and provides lender clients with strategic direction on how
to create products that focus on key measures, including price, risk, advance
and term. Mike and his team rely heavily on the PIN Navigator®, a real-time
automotive lending information and decision-support tool that collects and
analyzes new- and used-vehicle retail transactions daily from thousands of
automotive franchises, for their strategic input.

Mike has been in the indirect auto financing industry for more than 30 years.
Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2013, Mike was the President & CEO of Hyundai
Capital America.
